Swedish massage / Relaxation – A system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.Relaxation alighter form of Swedish massage for releasing stress and tension, creating a refreshed, relaxed feeling.

Deep-tissue massage– Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contacted areas by either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia.

Authentic Thai Massage– Pressure and stroking motions to enhance blood movement, aiding normal circulation, and realigning knotted muscles for enhanced movement. The masseur may use all of his or her body parts to give the massage, meaning hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet, to name the most commonly used.

Additionally, an authentic Thai Massage will, at the minimum, incorporate palm-pressure, acupressure and stretches.
